Hello! I am Vi. I don’t usually use “po” and “opo” but i use “bb” to all our buyers. if you are
uncomfy, please let me know.Snow shop came from the name of my dog, snow. it’s also the mascot of the shop. We are
not yet an official shop btw but soon.We have 1 admin. It’s admin 🐨. She helps answer inquiries, send shipping notice, an
update masterlist.As of now, I am the only one who handles the packing and shipping of items. I have a full
time job hence, the shipping time (days i ship out the items). Please bare with me. No rush
shipping please! But if i have lots of free time, i ship it the next day.
